Cameron is known for catapulting organizations and leaders to achieve their vision and goals through the art of execution coaching and leadership development. Cameron has more than 30 years of experience driving positive organizational change through strategic planning, project management, and leadership development. He is a certified leadership coach and certified master business practitioner. Prior to founding The Eremos Group, Cameron served a senior business leader in Charlotte, NC, and worked as a senior leader and faculty member in public and private universities for 14 years. His leadership efforts focused on strategic planning, project management, and business operations, and he taught graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, management, and business. Prior to working in higher education Cameron served 23 years in Air Force with extensive experience as a Senior Management Analyst, International Affairs Officer, and Executive Leadership Coach and Trainer. A few examples of his experience in the Air Force include leading teams to streamline $266M in logistical operations and assets for Air Force One, leading organizational change efforts for $1B in human resources across 8 corporate offices resulting in millions of savings, managing 5,300+ human resources in 48 departments across 20 locations in six different countries, and leading numerous executive leadership mentoring, coaching, and training cohorts. He has won numerous awards for his leadership and been a guest speaker in communities across the nation and on Voice America Radio on topics such as leadership, critical thinking, communication, and executive presence. Cameron has his doctorate degree in Higher Education Executive Leadership and holds Masters degrees in Public Administration and Leadership, and a Master’s in International Affairs. Cameron loves traveling with his family, serving others in his community, and connecting with other people over a great cup of coffee!
