REFUND POLICY FOR LEADERSHIP ACADEMIES, WORKSHOPS, MASTERMIND GROUPS, TEAMBUILDING, and RETREATS

Refunds for services designed for specific organizations are not available after a contract has been signed.

Refunds for individuals who sign up for services or activities, who are not participants in an activity contracted by an organization will be considered on a case-by-case basis for serious conditions such as verifiable mental health conditions that occur after enrollment, other verifiable serious debilitating illnesses or injuries that would prevent participation under normal circumstances,

Refunds will not be provided for a change in intentions, priorities, schedules, or for similar reasons.

Approved refunds will be made in the form of a check, made out to the individual or organization that made the payment. Checks will be mailed within 5 business days of an approved refund request.

*Note that in addition to the above information this refund policy does not cover the following:

  • War or any act of war, declared or undeclared

  • Terrorism

  • The use of any drug, narcotic or agent which is similarly classed or has similar effects (excepting when it is prescribed by a doctor)

  • Taking part in a riot

  • Failure to attend classes for any reason

  • Intentional self-inflicted injury or sickness

  • Nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination
